Do I need to assembly Ebike?
Yes, we need some simple assembly after receiving the bike. Don't worry, it is 80% assembled, the detailed installation video tutorials and instructions are prepared, and of course, our after-sales support team will help.
Is it too small or too big for me? Will I be able to put both feet on the ground?
The user recommended height is 5'6'' to 6'2''. If you are more than 5'6'' and have the saddle in the low position you should be able to put both feet on the ground.
Is the throttle on the right side of the handle bars?
Hi, it's on the left side of the handlebar in the e-bike. However, it supports DIY adjusting the left and right positions. If you need to adjust the position by yourself, you can contact our after-sales services.
